A pair of ladies' pink suede leather gloves with full pique stitching, made in France in 1960/1970's for elegant daywear.

6 B.L. The back of the glove has a delicate trailing chainstitch embroidered motif which incorporates stylised leaves. The cuff is in the shape of a long bow, the doubled half of which is embroidered to match the motif on the back of the gloves.

Donated in February 2008 by Joseph Winton, who was marketing director of Trefousse, London.
